Your messaging is currently focused on what makes you great, which implies that you may not understand your customers on a personal level.

Lead messaging centered around empathy – putting yourself in place of the customer. This shows that Robinson makes the effort to understand the specific needs of each individual customer. Start with the problem, then make Robinson the solution.
Problem:
A decrease in customer acquisition and sales may be affecting company revenue. Unable to measure success. Stagnant growth.

Goal:
Sell more service agreements, track results from new strategy, grow residential clientele, obtain a higher email open-rate to convert recipients to paying customers who will hire a Robinson Technician to perform a home-related service. (HVAC maintenance, Furnace installation/repair, Whole-House Air Purifiers
& Humidifiers.)
Strategy:
Use SEO to drive traffic to the website. Create website pop-ups to capture site-visitors' email addresses. Add emails to mailing list. Send email campaigns to existing list and new emails captured from the website's pop-ups.
Perform A/B Testing on 2 or more types of emails to determine which campaign(s) have the highest performance. Determine if email is a successful marketing strategy for Robinson's audience. The results are determined by the demographic and location of targeted customers.
